Typhoon Ragasa has reached the super typhoon level, with maximum sustained winds near its center reaching over 17 levels (62 m/s) at one point, and the minimum central pressure standing at 910 hectopascals. The radius of the 7-level wind circle ranges from 340 to 480 kilometers, the radius of the 10-level wind circle is 160 to 200 kilometers, and the radius of the 12-level wind circle is 80 to 120 kilometers, resulting in extremely strong winds and heavy rainfall.
Affected by the extreme weather brought by this typhoon (including strong winds, heavy to extremely heavy rainfall, and potential safety hazards), local transportation networks (such as highways, ports, and logistics hubs) have been temporarily closed to ensure the safety of personnel and prevent damage to goods. Additionally, our warehouse team is unable to conduct normal picking, packing, and shipping operations during this period, as we always prioritize the safety of our staff.
As a result, all shipments originally scheduled to be dispatched from 09/23/2025 to 09/24/2025 will be delayed by 2 business days. We anticipate resuming full shipping operations on 09/26/2025 (Note: This date is calculated based on a 2-business-day delay and can be adjusted according to the actual recovery progress) once the typhoon passes and local authorities confirm that transportation routes are safe and accessible.
